Hello All,
Realizing that this blog post falls on the same day as Annual Meeting, I'd love to use this time to repost the Annual Meeting link. If you don't know what the Christian Science Annual Meeting is, other than the explanatory title, it is a gathering where Christian Scientists get together to discuss the metaphysical theme. This is open to the public, so if you are new to CS or just curious about it, you will certainly find this meeting interesting! "Annual Meetings. Section 1. The regular meetings of The Mother Church shall be held annually, on Monday following the first Sunday in June. No other than its officers are required to be present. These assemblies shall be for listening to the reports of Treasurer, Clerk, and Committees, and general reports from the Field."
(Manual of The Mother Church, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 56:11)
In keeping with the "Grace to go forward" theme, I will post a related illustration below. A beautiful promise and law given to us in the Bible!
Have a great evening,
Elaina
